Solution for Gingival Retraction
 
Indications:
Complements mechanical action of retraction cord before impression taking.

•Impregnated with aluminium chloride for a gentle astringent effect and excellent haemostatic properties. 
•Precipitates tissular and serum proteins, inducing local haemostasis and contraction of upper strata of free gingival.
 
Instructions for use
-Gingival exudation and gingival haemorrhage
Instill one or two drops of solution onto the gingival using a pipette or a cotton swab. Wait 1 to 2 minutes and thoroughly rinse the application site.
 
-Gingival retraction
First insert a (non-medicated) gingival retraction cord into the sulcus. Carefully impregnate the cord in situ with a few drops of solution, using a pipette. Leave the cord in place for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove it, making sure that no fragment remains into the gingival sulcus. Wash thoroughly.
