Itena MTA Bioseal

 

MTA Bioseal is an endodontic root canal sealer based on Mineral Trioxide Aggregate. It is a double paste component that allows complete filling of all root canals including accessory and lateral ones.MTA-BIOSEAL is a bioceramic root canal sealer based on MTA (mineral trioxide aggregate).Use in complement with MTA Biorep to ensure your endodontics repairs.MTA BIOSEAL contains 13% of Mineral Trioxide Aggregate.

 

COMPOSITION:

Base Paste

  • Salicylate Resin
  • Natural Resin
  • Calcium
  • Tungstate
  • Nanoparticulated Silica
  • Pigments

 

Catalyst Paste

  • Diluting Resin
  • Mineral Trioxide Aggregate
  • Nanoparticulated Silica
  • Pigments

 

CONTRAINDICATION:

  • In patients with hypersensitivity against the resins or other components of the product.

 

INDICATION

  • For the permanent sealing of root canals

STORAGE:

  • Keep in dry and cool place, away from humidity and sources of heat
  • Do not store in the refrigerator
  • Keep the product tightly capped

 

PRECAUTIONS:

  • During the use of this product, it is recommended the patient and professional use suitable protective clothing, eye protection and gloves.

Direction to Use :-

Dual syringe: The dual syringe ensures equal mixing in a 1:1 ratio. Press plunger to extrude material directly onto a glass slab, mixing pad or into the tooth canal. The cement should be used immediately after mixing.

 

Insertion: Use MTA-BIOSEAL with gutta-percha coating them with a thin layer of the cement and filling the root canal according to the selected technique. MTA-BIOSEAL can be applied in the root canal with a Lentulo spiral or,directly, with an applicator tip adapted to the self-mixing tip;
 

NOTE:The self-mixing tip must be discarded after use.

Removal of the root canal filling: Use the conventional techniques for the removal of gutta-percha fillings.

 

Working time:23 minutes.
