Fotoplus Instrument TDV
To control the marginal infiltration in Class II procedures
Information:
Great efforts have been made in the scientific odontological world in order to reduce one of the main factors that lead to failures in compounded resin Class II restorations: the marginal infiltration. It is known that, when the first resin increment is held under pressure in the proximal case during its polymerization, statistically significant results in the reduction of marginal infiltration are attained.
The transparent Fotoplus instruments with their four different active tips have been developed specifically for the application of this technique.
Note: All Instruments are Autoclavable
Use:
Select among the tips the one that best adapts to the proximal case once it is expected to act as a piston on the resin inside the cavity. Take the first resin increment to the cavity keeping it under pressure while being polymerized.
